Summer Camps 2026

Happy Palette summer camps provide elementary and preschool children with a fun and creative environment where students explore art through hands-on projects and themed instruction.

Camp Schedule starting June 15th:

Elementary (rising K-5th grade students)

Monday-Thursday 10-1 pm or 1-4 pm

Preschool (students ages 3-5)

Monday-Tuesday 2-4 pm

What to Expect:

-Each camp focuses on a unique theme

- Students will learn a variety of art skills and techniques

-High-quality art materials and instruction

-Children will create several art projects to take home at the end of the camp session

What to Bring:

-A water bottle

-A nut-free lunch or snack (depending on the session time)

-Please label all items with your child's name

-Dress for mess!

Cancellation Policy:

*Cancellations made by June 1st will receive a full refund. Cancellations made after June 1st are non-refundable but may be used towards a future session as a studio credit. Missed days without written notice are not eligible for refunds or studio credit.

Mosaic Madness-elementary

June 15th-18th

Young artists will explore their creativity using vibrant pieces of glass, stone, and ceramics to create stunning mosaic artworks. Dress for mess and prepare for fun-filled mornings of artistic expression and learning!

Sweet Summer-elementary

June 22nd-25th

1-4 pm

Sweet Summer is a dessert-themed art camp inspired by the vibrant works of Wayne Thibaud. Young artists will explore a variety of art materials while creating both 2D and 3D masterpieces, fostering creativity and self-expression.

Getting Groovy-elementary

June 29th-July 2nd

10-1 pm

Dive into the groovy 60s-themed era with art projects featuring tie-dye creations, peace signs, lava lamps, flower power, and more. Students will use a variety of colorful art materials. Prepare to unleash your creativity in a fun, inspiring environment!

Nature Quest-elementary

July 6th-9th

1-4 pm

We invite young nature lovers to explore creativity through the beauty of the outdoors. Using found objects like sticks and flowers, children will craft enchanting works of art. These imaginative art projects will celebrate the natural world. Join us for an inspiring experience that connects kids to nature while fostering artistic expression.

Cosmic Kids-elementary

July 13th-16th

Young artists will explore the wonders of astronauts, rocket ships, and beyond while experimenting with a variety of art materials. Don't forget an imagination ready for a cosmic adventure!

Stitch Lab-elementary

July 20th-23rd

10-1 pm

Spark creativity through hands-on sewing projects including small stuffies and colorful embroidery hoops. Explore basic stitching techniques using string, yarn, fabric, beads, buttons, and more! This will be a fun, inspiring time in our vibrant studio!

Artsy Architects-elementary

July 27th-30th

10-1 pm

Our young architects will unleash their creativity by designing and constructing unique structures like houses and buildings. We will incorporate vibrant stained glass elements that reflect light, alongside a variety of art materials, including cardboard.

Ocean Voyage-elementary

August 3rd-6th

1-4 pm

It's time to explore the ocean and our creativity! Young artists will explore a variety of art materials to create stunning 2D and 3D works inspired by ocean animals, their habitats, and vibrant colors found in the deep blue sea. This will be a creative journey under the sea!

Motion Makers-elementary

August 10th-13th

10-1 pm

Young artists will explore art that moves. Inspired by the kinetic sculptures and mobiles of Alexander Calder, campers will experiment with balance, motion, and design. They will use a variety of art materials including wire, cardboard, beads, string, and more to create their own art that moves!

Preschool Color Camp

June 15th-16th

2-4 pm

Welcome to our color camp for preschool artists! This hands-on camp is all about discovering the joy of color. Campers will paint, mix, splash, and create as they explore colors through fun art projects, sensory activities, and creative play.

Preschool Water Camp

June 29th-30th

2-4 pm

Dive into creativity with our water-themed art camp. Designed just for preschool-aged artists, this hands-on camp invites children to enjoy hands-on art projects, sensory activities, and creative play inspired by oceans, weather, and underwater worlds.

Preschool Bugs Camp

July 20th-22nd

Buzz into creativity with our preschool bug camp. Campers will explore spots, stripes, wings, and wiggles through colorful art projects and imaginative play. Welcome to the wonderful world of bugs!
